About

Throughout Allison Peace's life, she has found fulfillment through the arts, art education, and design.  Graduating from Georgia Southern University with a B.F.A. in Studio Art, Allison spent her college years exploring various media to develop her current artistic style and range.  In Graduate school, Allison concentrated her research on color theory and it's impact on the psyche. Specifically, she researched how best to teach color theory to students with low vision. After Graduating from the University of Georgia with an M.F.A in Art Education, she devoted twelve years to educating elementary students in Art. Allison has continued to heed the call of Art through commission work, expanding her personal collection and those of family and friends.

She has dabbled in many forms of art, but Allison's passion continues to be color theory which is expressed in unique abstract mixed media pieces. She often uses oil pastels, acrylic paint, and en caustic, and her eye for interior design gives her the ability to translate a fabric, paint sample, or design style into a unique piece for a wide range of spaces.

Allison currently resides in Roswell, GA loving and managing her husband, her insanely fun girls, and catching the muse whenever and wherever she can.
